Bible verse(s) of the day 

 

Today's bible verse is about dealing with difficult people.  I have my share of difficult people in my life.  Mainly at work.  There is this one teenaged girl (not to say anything bad about teenagers in general just the ones who think that they are the greatest) who is in charge at work and she thinks that she is all that because of it.  (I guess that she doesn't realize that I have 3 years on her.)

 

Matthew 5:38-40

"You have heard that it was said, 'an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth'.  But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him take your cloak as well."
 

Romans 12:14

"Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse."

"Do not repay anyone evil for evil."
